The space you need
Nunez Event Center offers a modern, thoughtfully designed venue that comfortably accommodates up to 230 guests, including the head table. Every event includes spacious 10-person 72 inch round tables and our signature upgraded wooden chairs, adding an elevated touch to every celebration. Our 2 suites provide a space to relax and leave your personal belongings while enjoying your special day. The female suite is located in our upper section that offers enough space for your entire party to prepare for your special day.
Your guests will be welcomed through a beautiful arched entrance that creates a memorable first impression, while a comfortable lounge area provides the perfect place to relax, mingle and connect. Our venue also features a warming kitchen, a dedicated bar area, ample on-site parking, and all-day access, giving you the time and flexibility to enjoy your event without feeling rushed. Whether you're hosting a wedding, quinceañera, anniversary, corporate event, or special celebration, Nunez Event Center provides the perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience.

All day event rental is included with the full day reservation. Doors open at 9:00am and event ends at a hard stop at 1:00am

Use of ballroom space, 10 person 72 inch round tables, upgraded chairs, seating of up to 230 seated guests including the head table. Floor length table linens included, banquet tables, cake table, gift table, use of warming kitchen, warming trays (must bring own fuel), kitchen supplies, welcoming seating area, bridal suite and groom suite use. Ample on site parking available for your guests.

We have an open vendor policy. Must approve vendor prior to your event. Please discuss vendor option with venue staff ahead of your event. Only liquor vendors are excluded from this policy as our venue will do all liquor sales.

No outside drinks are allowed. Nuñez Event Center INC. holds the liquor license, all drinks will be handled by us. This includes and is not limited to all liquor, soda, tea, juice etc. Additional 16% bar service gratuity fee will be added to all drink sales. Flexible drink options are available to fit your guests needs. Champagne packages are also available to you upon request.

We expect the venue to be returned in the same manner as it was delivered to you. To ensure that Nuñez Event Center is maintained to the highest standard for every event, an additional cleaning fee is available to you as a convenience.
This fee covers post-event cleaning, restroom servicing, trash removal, and venue reset preparation. If interested you may purchase this at the time of your reservation. The cleaning fee is priced at $500 additional to the general reservation cost.

A refundable Security Damage Waiver Fee is required and is due 30 days prior to the event date. This fee helps protect against damages, missing or stolen items, policy violations, and excessive cleaning beyond normal venue use.

The Security Damage Waiver Fee may be applied toward repairs, replacement of missing items, excessive cleanup, or other costs incurred beyond standard venue use. Any remaining balance eligible for refund will be returned following the post-event inspection. Nuñez Event Center reserves up to 14 days after the event date to assess the venue, inventory, and any potential damages before processing and returning any refundable amount.

All applicable sales, services and rentals are subject to Indiana state sales tax of 7%, as required by law.

Additional use of rental space can be approved at an added cost for events past 1:00am.
